Educational Priorities
Like all parents, I want the best education for our kids and our community. A 20yrs in the U.S. Army, is Selfless Service. Today, I am ready to put those same values of service to work for you, your family, and our entire community. Let’s build a stronger district together and overcome the issues facing Tomah Area School District (TASD) in 2026 and beyond. "Vote Joe" Ingalls for Tomah Area School Board this April.
Candidly, we’re facing challenges with teacher retention, funding, and fulfilling the needs of our youth. I am not someone that fits into the current mold—rather someone to help us break it and rebuild a new one.
My vision is to foster a collaborative environment where every student thrives academically, emotionally, and socially. Join me in building a stronger educational foundation for the next generation.
